Bank Of Montreal ( (TSE:BMO) ) has provided an update.
Bank of Montreal has priced a HKD 1.17 billion issuance of 2.82 per cent senior notes due March 19, 2027, under its US$40 billion note issuance programme. The transaction, designated as Series 466, reinforces the bank’s access to Hong Kong dollar funding and underscores its ongoing use of international capital markets to support lending and broader financing activities.
The notes are being offered under existing programme documentation, with final terms dated March 17, 2026, to be read alongside an established base prospectus and subsequent supplements. By tapping its large, pre-approved issuance framework, Bank of Montreal can efficiently bring targeted issues to market, maintaining flexibility in its funding strategy and providing structured opportunities for fixed-income investors.
