Broadridge Financial Solutions ( (BR) ) has shared an announcement.
On May 15, 2026, Broadridge Financial Solutions closed a $500 million underwritten public offering of 5.750% senior notes due 2036, following an underwriting agreement signed on May 4, 2026 with a syndicate led by J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. The notes, issued under a new indenture with U.S. Bank Trust Company, are unsecured senior obligations paying semiannual interest and include standard redemption, change-of-control repurchase and covenant protections that help define Broadridge’s capital structure and risk profile for debtholders.
Broadridge plans to use the net proceeds, together with cash on hand, to repay its outstanding 3.400% senior notes due 2026, effectively refinancing near-term debt with longer-dated funding. The transaction extends the company’s debt maturity profile at a higher coupon, clarifies creditor protections through detailed covenant and default terms, and signals continued access to public bond markets, which is relevant for investors assessing Broadridge’s balance sheet flexibility and credit outlook.
The most recent analyst rating on (BR) stock is a Hold with a $169.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Broadridge Financial Solutions stock, see the BR Stock Forecast page.
