("Crown" or the "Corporation") (TSX: CRWN) today announces that it has completed a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of 84,000 common shares of the Corporation ("Common Shares") at a price of $1.50 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $126,000. The net proceeds received by the Corporation from the Offering will be used for general working capital purposes.
