Cemex Confirms March Dividend Installment Payment From Tax-Free Profit Account

An update from Cemex SAB ( (CX) ) is now available.

Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. will pay the fourth and final USD 32.5 million installment of the cash dividend approved at its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 25, 2025, fulfilling its previously announced shareholder payout plan. Registered holders of Series A and B shares, CPOs, and ADSs as of the March 11, 2026 record date will receive the corresponding per-security amounts, including USD 0.0225 per ADS.

For Mexican share and CPO holders, the dividend will be paid on March 12, 2026 in pesos using the March 10, 2026 Bank of Mexico exchange rate of 17.5037 per U.S. dollar, while ADS holders are expected to be paid on or around March 19, 2026. The payment comes from Cemex’s Net Tax Profit Account as of December 31, 2013, meaning no withholding tax will be applied, making the distribution more attractive to investors and underscoring the company’s capacity to return cash to shareholders.
