The Evolve Innovation Index ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Solactive Global Innovation Index, or any successor thereto. The Solactive Global Innovation Index has been designed to reflect the performance of equity securities of companies listed domestically or internationally that are involved in innovative and disruptive trends across a broad range of industries.
