Gran Tierra Energy ( (GTE) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Gran Tierra Energy has disclosed that four senior executives, including President and CEO Gary Guidry and COO Sebastien Morin, acquired common shares through the company’s Employee Share Savings Plan. The purchases, totaling 1,599 shares at a price of $7.81 per share, were executed on June 1, 2026, on the Toronto Stock Exchange, underscoring continued insider participation in the firm’s equity.

The transactions, made in accordance with EU Market Abuse Regulation reporting requirements, involved relatively small volumes spread across the top management team. While modest in size, such regular plan-based insider acquisitions can signal alignment of executive incentives with shareholders and provide incremental transparency to investors monitoring insider trading activity.
