BSR Real Estate Investment Trust is an open-ended real estate investment trust. The company's business of the REIT is to acquire and operate multi-family residential rental properties across the United States. It owns multifamily garden-style residential properties located across three bordering states in the Sunbelt region of the United States, which stretches across the South Atlantic and Southwest portions of the United States.
