End of Quarter Sale - 50% Off TipRanks

IWG plc ( (GB:IWG) ) just unveiled an update.

International Workplace Group plc has repurchased 250,000 of its ordinary shares on 1 April 2026 under the share buyback authority granted by shareholders and as part of the buyback programme launched on 31 December 2025. The shares, acquired across several trading venues at a volume-weighted average price of about £1.78, will be cancelled, reducing the company’s share capital.

Since the start of the programme, IWG has bought back a total of 19,734,055 ordinary shares, and following cancellation of the latest tranche it will have 974,440,607 shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The continued execution of the buyback signals management’s ongoing capital-return strategy, potentially enhancing earnings per share and indicating confidence in the company’s valuation for existing shareholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:IWG) stock is a Sell with a £164.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on IWG plc stock, see the GB:IWG Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on IWG Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, IWG is a Neutral.

The score is primarily constrained by high balance-sheet leverage (including negative equity) and a sharp 2025 deterioration in revenue, margins, and cash flow versus 2024. Technicals also weaken the outlook with the price below key moving averages and negative MACD. Valuation further detracts due to an extremely high P/E and low dividend yield.
