In addition to Bank of America Securities, Lennar also received a Sell from Evercore ISI’s Stephen Kim in a report issued on April 13. However, on April 10, Truist Financial maintained a Hold rating on Lennar (NYSE: LEN).
Based on Lennar’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending February 28, the company reported a quarterly revenue of $6.62 billion and a net profit of $229.38 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $7.62 billion and had a net profit of $519.53 million
