The company operates an integrated business, with assets centered in Western New York and Pennsylvania that are utilized for the production and transportation of natural gas from the Appalachian basin. National Fuel Gas Company's presence across the natural gas value chain through Upstream, Midstream and Downstream activities gives it a competitive advantage and allows it to lower operating costs.
