The Quadravest Preferred Split Share ETF seeks to provide Unitholders of the Preferred ETF with: (a) monthly distributions and (b) the opportunity for capital preservation primarily through investment in a portfolio of preferred shares of split share corporations ("Split Corp. Preferred Shares").
