TORONTO, June 8, 2026 /CNW/ - Apotex Health Corp. ("Apotex" or the "Company") today announced the upsize of its previously announced initial public offering (the "Offering") of common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"). The Company now expects the Offering to consist of between 54,166,670 and 65,000,005 Common Shares at a price per Common Share between $20.00 and $24.00 (the "OfferingPrice"), for gross proceeds of approximately $1.3 billion.
