T1 Energy ( (TE) ) just unveiled an announcement.
On July 9, 2026, T1 Energy’s publicly traded and private warrants, each exercisable for one share of common stock at an exercise price of $11.50, will expire under the terms of an amended warrant agreement first dated July 7, 2021. As of March 31, 2026, approximately 14.8 million public warrants and 9.8 million private warrants were outstanding, and the warrant agent has set a one-day broker protect period around the expiration.
In connection with the expiration, the public warrants will cease trading on the NYSE under the symbol TE WS before markets open on July 9, 2026, to allow for settlement of any final exercises. The NYSE plans to file to delist and deregister the public warrants, while T1 Energy’s common stock will remain listed on the exchange under the symbol TE, simplifying the company’s equity structure and removing a layer of derivative securities from the market.
The most recent analyst rating on (TE) stock is a Hold
with a $9.00 price target.

Spark’s Take on TE Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, TE is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by very weak profitability, negative free cash flow, and rising leverage despite improving revenue and operating cash flow. Technicals are a notable positive with the stock in an uptrend and supportive momentum indicators, while the earnings call adds cautious optimism due to improving margins and execution progress but is tempered by the still-unsecured G2 financing and policy/tax-credit timing uncertainty.
