Village Farms International ( (VFF) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Village Farms International reported a record full-year 2025 performance, generating $21 million in net income from continuing operations, $49.9 million in adjusted EBITDA and $58.1 million in operating cash flow, underpinned by a 9% year-over-year rise in fourth-quarter net sales to $49.6 million. The company’s cannabis business drove results, with Canadian sales up 10%, international export sales surging 384%, a Q4 Canadian gross margin of 43% and $9.8 million in segment adjusted EBITDA, as management highlighted strong demand that continues to exceed current production capacity.
To address this demand and strengthen its global footprint, Village Farms advanced several expansion projects, including commencing cultivation at its Delta 2 facility in Canada, expected to add about 15 tonnes of capacity in 2026, and progressing its Phase II facility in Groningen in the Netherlands toward full completion in the second quarter with anticipated annual output of roughly 10 tonnes. Supported by $86 million in cash and an ongoing share repurchase program totaling $6.7 million since the third quarter, the company signaled confidence in its ability to scale profitably, maintain a disciplined capital allocation strategy and reinforce its competitive position in core cannabis markets.
