President Donald Trump accused Iran of breaking a deal during an appearance on Fox News' Fox & Friends on Monday, before proposing a 20 per cent fee on shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, reinstating a blockade on Iranian shipping and launching a third straight night of U.S. strikes.
